Reporting a bug or error in the Investor Tools

One of the best ways for us to discover bugs or missing pieces in our Investor Tools is thanks to your feedback. Please use the red Feedback and Support button on the bottom of Globe Investor sections and articles to provide feedback.
If you discover a bug, the best way to report it is to include as many details as possible (a screen grab is best) and let us know when the bug happened as well as what you were doing when you saw it. Details like what web browser and version you’re using and whether you’re on a Mac or PC get included automatically in your submission.
