Why does my Globe Unlimited log in e-mail/password combination not work?
There are a few reasons as to why your log in e-mail and password combination may not be working. These include (but are not limited to):
- The wrong e-mail address was submitted (e.g. you provided a work e-mail address instead of the e-mail address you use to access your globeandmail.com account).
- Passwords are case-sensitive. If you have not entered the correct case, your password will not be recognized.
Please note: A Globeandmail.com/Globe Unlimited password requires a minimum of 8 characters including at least one upper case letter and one numeric digit.
